In the 19th century, sailors on international trade ships between Europe and America spent decades at sea. Among them, Captain John Samir was the only man pirates feared to cross. His secret wasn't just his crew, but his vitality. His head chef created a secret sauce using fresh vegetables and exotic spices to keep the steak patties juicy and the crew healthy. Captain John's unrivaled 'WetBurger' has sailed the world's oceans since the 1800s, finally dropping anchor in the City of Angels, Los Angeles, in 2016.

The Real Journey (2016 - 2025)
Our modern adventure began in 2016 on the streets of Los Angeles, California. Starting as a humble Food Truck and expanding into a beloved restaurant, WetBurger rocked the streets of LA with its authentic Istanbul-style wet burgers. Despite massive success, we took a pause in 2018 for family reasons.
Now, in 2025, the legend returns home. Located in a historic detached mansion on the Bosphorus in Bebek-Arnavutköy, we are redefining the concept. While our name pays homage to the street food classic 'WetBurger', our kitchen serves high-end, luxury Gourmet Burgers prepared with the finest ingredients. It is a fusion of street soul and gourmet sophistication.
